Newton F. Bellis contributes more than thirty years of industry related experience to Post Solutions. Having started his career in broadcast television he became involved in the post production facility business at its inception. Mr. Bellis served as the Technical Operations Supervisor at Hollywood Video when it was one of the two post production houses in business. Following that venture he became Director of Operations for Trans-American Video. When Compact Video Systems was started he became their Vice President of Marketing and Sales. During his tenure at Compact he was involved in the transition of the remote truck facility company to becoming the premiere post production facility in California .

In 1982, Mr. Bellis joined Complete Post as Executive Vice President, COO where his responsibilities included the design and implementation of operating procedures for the newly constructed facility. In 1984 he was chosen to build the West Coast Division of Unitel Video, a New York based business. The Company was established on the Paramount lot in Hollywood and remained there until it was moved in late 1989 to a new location on West Cahuenga in Universal City.

Having left Unitel Video in 1991, Mr. Bellis served as a consultant to a variety of post production facilities, including Sunset Post, Laser Pacific Media and California Communications, Inc.
